The Terms “The Hearing Specialist Group” (or “we”, “The Company”, “THS”, or “The Hearing Specialist”) can be used interchangeably. The term “you” refers to the user or viewer of our website. By continuing to access, browse or use www.thehearingspecialist.com.sg website, you acknowledge and agree you have read, understood and agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our data protection policy governs The Hearing Specialist Group’s relationship with you in relation to this website. THS reserves the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate the user’s licence to use our website, and to block or prevent his or her access to, and use of the website. If you disagree with any part of these terms and conditions, please discontinue your use or access to this website. Payment and Pricing
  • While THS takes the utmost effort to ensure that all details, descriptions, prices and other information that appear on the Site are accurate, there may be instances where errors may occur.
  • In the event that an error is discovered, we shall inform you of such an error as soon as possible. We shall also give you the option of reconfirming your Order(s). In the event that we are unable to contact you, we shall treat the Order(s) as cancelled.
  • In the event that the Order(s) has been shipped to you and accepted by you, we reserve the right to request payment for the difference in price from you.
  • We reserve the right to correct these errors without liability.
  • We also reserve the right to limit quantities purchased by Members and to revise, suspend or terminate an event or promotion without notice (including, but not limited to, an order that has been submitted and acknowledged by The Company).
  • We do not guarantee that all products described on our Site will be available at the time your Order is placed or shipped.
  • Upon authorisation of your payment, by clicking the “Order Now” button, you are confirming that the card belongs to you or that you are the legitimate holder of the e-gift card or the promotional voucher, and have sufficient funds or credit facilities to cover the cost of the Product.
  • Mistaken Order(s): In the event that you have made a mistake with your Order after you have submitted it to the Site, please contact info@thehearingspecialist.com.sg and we will try to assist you
  • Refusal or Order(s): We reserve the right to withdraw any Products from this Site at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on the Site. THS will make its best efforts to always process all Order(s), but there may be exceptional circumstances wherein, we may need to refuse to process an Order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time, at our sole discretion. If we cancel your Order(s) and you have already made payment, such payment amounts will be fully refunded to you. However, we will not be liable to you or any other third party by reason of our withdrawing any Product from the Site, whether or not it has been sold, removing or editing any materials or contents on this Site or for refusing to process or accept Order(s).
  Shipping and delivery Delivery within Singapore Depending on the item and arrangement, we provide delivery via two methods: 1) Mail postage, starting from S$3 2) Local Express courier service, starting from S$10 The above charges quoted apply for one way delivery and are subject to the respective delivery provider/company’s delivery schedule, terms of use. Once the item(s) leaves our premise, our responsibility is completed. THS reserves the right to revise the delivery charges in line with any changes and developments from courier service arrangement in our sole discretion. Delivery will be made in our standard packaging. We aim to deliver your successfully placed order(s) to you within 3 to 5 working days. However, we shall notify you if we expect to be unable to meet our estimated delivery date, but to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable to you for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations in which event, we will inform you using the contact details you provide us with when you place your Order and subsequently arrange for cancellation of the Order or delivery to an alternative delivery address. Delivery outside of Singapore We do not currently provide delivery outside of Singapore. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.  For further enquiries, please contact us at info@thehearingspecialist.com.sg   Hearing aid voucher purchase The validity period of the hearing aid voucher is 6 months from the date of purchase.  It can be applied to all hearing aid models available for purchase in our clinics in Singapore. The hearing aid voucher will be sent via email to the email address given by the customer during the checkout process within 3 working days.  The user will need to present the voucher in the original email on the day of the actual appointment. They are to call or email us to make the prior appointment. The voucher cannot be used to exchange for cash, other products, services or item in kind.  It is not legal tender and cannot be deposited into any bank account. The voucher’s value is to be fully utilised in one single purchase transaction. Voucher purchase is not refundable. The Company reserves the right to vary/amend the privileges or terms & conditions without prior notice.   One-to-one consultation voucher purchase The consultation is designed to assist individual with their hearing loss concerns and evaluation through a one-to-one’s consultation with our Audiologist and include a diagnostic assessment in clinic based in Singapore. Upon making payment, a consultation voucher will be sent to the customer via the email given during the purchase checkout process within three working days. Please contact us at either via email to info@thehearingspecialist.com.sg or hotline 6346 0858 (during clinic operating hours) to arrange for appointment upon making payment. The consultation voucher purchased is valid for 6 months and is non-refundable. It is important to note this Returns policy only applies when you make a purchase from The Hearing Specialist’s online store on our website. If you like to return the product purchased from our online store, you may return it within seven (7) days of the receipt.  To request a return and refund, please contact us at info@thehearingspecialist.com.sg within seven (7) working days from date of receipt. All goods will be inspected on return. We will try our best to accept all returns, and returns to us need to be in unused condition, not tampered with and in the original brand packaging as it was received by you. Please note sales items do not qualify for refund. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will have to send it back to you.  Refund will not be made. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake. You are responsible for the cost of returning any items. Please make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting.
