Our Team

Terence Chow is our Senior Audiologist and conducts audiometric tests and tinnitus counselling.

Trained in the University College of London (UK), Mr Chow holds a Masters in Audiology and possesses extensive experience in restructured hospitals. Mr Chow also handles corporate initiatives such as industrial screening projects, in partnership with other medical professionals and institutions.

Mun Heng is our Senior Audiologist and conducts audiological assessments, diagnostic services and tinnitus counselling.

Armed with a Master in Audiological Science from University College London (UK) and a Bachelor Degree in Engineering from Nanyang Technological University (SG), Mun Heng is an experienced Senior Audiologist with rich patients care management experience across adult and children’s categories. This includes hearing aids evaluation & fitting, cochlear implants rehabilitation programmes and support to hearing impaired children.

Janice is our Senior Audiologist who has special interest in hearing assistive technology and believes that one can beautify their lives through the aid of technology advances in hearing aid development. Besides helping users to improve their hearing ability and confidence throughout their hearing journey, Janice also empowers users to advocate for themselves and achieve independent lifestyles.

Graduated with a Bachelor of Audiology with Honours from The National University of Malaysia, Janice has years of clinical experience, providing diagnostic services and hearing solution management to users across various age groups.  She is especially proficient in Mandarin and Bahasa Malay.
