Mr Andrew had been using a completely-in-canal (CIC) hearing aid for four years.

Although discreet and nearly invisible in the ear canal, he continued to struggle with conversations in noisy environments and found it increasingly difficult to hear television programmes with his family. Listening to music was another challenge.
